Riseup Labs provided maintenance and enhancements to the Baby Feeding Code Square website. It’s a real-time monitoring and self-reporting platform.
On this website, people can easily report cases of violation of the Breast Milk Substitute (BMS) and other baby foods Codes in the ECA (Europe and Central Asia) region. Such as pharmacies and retail stores, or through promotion by the personnel of public and private clinics and maternities, hospitals, and even through public media, etc., people can report on this platform if anyone violates the act.
This platform will also provide user-friendly tips to caregivers by providing examples of code violations in different settings. So that they can be aware of the main features of BMS's international marketing code.
