No, not by default. The monthly fee reserves team capacity for that month.
Response time means the time in which Riseup Labs acknowledges, reviews and begins triage. It is not a guaranteed resolution time. Completion depends on complexity, access, approvals, third parties and scope.
No. Backup monitoring depends on a suitable existing backup solution, required access and an available recovery point. Security baseline review is not a full security audit and does not guarantee that a site or store cannot be compromised.
Maintenance Shield, Growth Engine, Store Essentials and Revenue Accelerator have a 3-month minimum term. Enterprise Partner and Commerce Partner have a 6-month minimum term. After the minimum term, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
Yes. Annual prepayment receives a 10 percent discount, subject to the signed commercial schedule.
Not by default. Standard packages operate during the business hours defined in the signed service schedule. Any after-hours coverage must be separately agreed in writing.
