Job Overview:
Riseup Labs is seeking a high-performing, metrics-driven Outreach Specialist / Business Development Expert to spearhead our B2B growth and lead-generation efforts. In this role, your primary mission is simple: break through the noise, build high-value relationships, and fill our pipeline with qualified sales meetings.
Our primary focus market is the Netherlands. To succeed, you must deeply understand Dutch business culture, be an expert at navigating LinkedIn and cold email systems, and possess a track record of turning cold prospects into warm, booked meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Penetration: Research, identify, and map out high-value B2B target accounts within the Dutch market.
- Multichannel Outreach Execution: Design and execute highly personalized, multi-touch outbound campaigns combining advanced LinkedIn outreach and cold email sequences.
- Meeting Booking & Pipeline Velocity: Consistently hit weekly and monthly quotas for high-quality, booked meetings with decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, and Directors).
- Copywriting & Personalization: Write compelling, value-driven email templates and LinkedIn scripts that speak directly to the specific pain points of Dutch businesses, moving away from generic spam.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-up: Ruthlessly follow up with prospects, handle objections smoothly, and keep leads warm until they are ready to book a discovery call.
- CRM & Data Management: Keep our CRM and tracking tools meticulously updated with lead status, pipeline metrics, and interaction histories.
- Market Insights: Feed back localized insights from the Dutch market to the marketing and product teams to help refine our core messaging and positioning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience & Domain Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, inside sales, or business development roles.
- Proven track record of independently managing outbound pipelines and consistently hitting or exceeding meeting-booking targets.
- Mastery of LinkedIn & Email Systems: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools (e.g., Contactout,Apollo), and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). You know how to maintain high email deliverability and avoid spam filters.
- Dutch Market Nuance: Strong familiarity with the Netherlands' corporate landscape and corporate etiquette. You understand the direct, transparent, and efficiency-driven nature of Dutch business communication.
Communication & Language
- English Proficiency is a Must: Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. You must be capable of writing highly professional, grammatically flawless copy and articulating value propositions clearly over the phone or via video.

Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
