Job Context
Riseup Labs is looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our team and lead our efforts in fostering a culture of engagement, HR ops, productivity & administrative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive employee experiences and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engagement initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations activities efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure a smooth employee setup process, including Email ID, Zoom ID, IT assets, fingerprint access, and other required tools/resources.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, employee files, ID cards, and other employment-related documentation in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring proper documentation compliance.
  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new joiners, including HRIS processes, leave and attendance briefing, organizational introduction, orientation sessions, and related onboarding activities.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to help new employees understand organizational culture, policies, and workflows.
  • Arrange and conduct monthly skip-level meetings to enhance communication, employee feedback, and engagement across teams.
  • Ensure new employees experience a smooth, engaging, and positive onboarding journey.
  • Manage employee experience initiatives, including birthday celebrations, promotion announcements, wedding celebrations, and other employee recognition activities.
  • Support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and employee-friendly workplace culture.
  • Organize and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and yearly employee engagement events, activities, and celebrations to strengthen employee morale and team bonding.
  • Conduct and coordinate industrial visits, learning sessions, and engagement programs to support employee development and exposure.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a collaborative, motivating, and employee-centric workplace environment.
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives as required.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely offboarding process for exiting employees, including handover procedures, clearance processes, exit interviews, and final documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to complete separation formalities effectively and professionally.
  • Conduct and coordinate meetings with the HR Lead and relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare meeting minutes (MoM) and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution and communication.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities or special assignments assigned by the reporting manager or management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM/ Management/ Business Admisntration

Additional Requirements

  • At 2 years of working experinece on People & Culture/ HR Operation on IT/Software Company (Preferred).
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
