A central “Today” screen allows users to log and monitor steps, workouts, weight, hydration, and nutrition. The app supports both manual input and automatic device syncing.
AI Personal Coach
Built-in AI modules act as a virtual coach, providing users with daily smart nudges, reminders, personalized fitness recommendations, progress insights, and behavioral guidance.
Gamification & Reward System
To boost retention, users earn XP through daily activity completions, challenge participation, and streak consistency. The engine features club, global, and challenge-specific leaderboards, alongside unlockable badges and milestones.
Wearable & Health Integration
Seamless, automatic syncing with Apple Health (iOS) and Google Fit (Android). This integration guarantees real-time, highly accurate data logging for steps, workouts, calories, and weight.
Community Ecosystem
Users can join affiliated clubs, participate in exclusive challenges, post updates, comment, react, and share progress. A secure moderation system ensures safe community interactions.
