Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team and lead our efforts in fostering a culture of engagement, HR ops, productivity & administrative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive employee experiences and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engagement initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding (offer letters, joining formalities, orientation).
- Maintain and update employee files, HR database, and documentation.
- Support performance management processes, KPIs, and PIP tracking.
- Prepare and manage payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and salary adjustments.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and leave management for night shift teams.
- Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
- Ensure smooth HR support during night operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and events.
- Handle administrative tasks (meals, vendors, office supplies, maintenance).
- Prepare HR & Admin reports for management (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Undertake any assign task from the Management team time to time.
Educational Requirements:
- BBA in HRM or relevant field.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR & Admin (BPO/ITES preferred).
- Must be willing to work in night shift.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace & MS Office.
- Good communication in English & Bengali.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
