We developed the “Strategic Planning and Change Management” e-learning module to help IFES digitize complex institutional training concepts into interactive, scalable digital learning experiences.
Interactive Strategic Training Plan
The module includes an interactive training strategy document designed to explain the components of an effective electoral training strategy.
Key elements include:
- Mission and vision statement explanation
- Strategic objectives and measurable performance indicators
- Tooltip-based explanations of key concepts
- Contextual pop-up guidance to support learner understanding
This feature helps learners understand how institutional strategies guide electoral training programs.
Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement Framework
An interactive learning section demonstrates how stakeholder mapping contributes to effective electoral training systems.

- A newly established Electoral Management Body with limited institutional capacity
- A mature EMB with established governance structures and legal mandates
- An EMB operating in a fragile or post-conflict political environment
