Full-Stack Developer (React.Js + Node.Js)

Job Context:

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong experience in ReactJS and Node.js to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable APIs, dynamic frontend applications, and delivering complete end-to-end solutions. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to develop high-quality web applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire software stack.
• Implement best practices and maintain code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks, particularly React.js.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies

Nice to have:

• More than 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Workplace: 

• Dhaka, Bangladesh

Working hour:

• 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary: 

• Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
