International Telesales Specialist

Job Context:

Riseup Labs seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Telesales Specialist to join our Riseup Labs Limited (BPO) wing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in international telesales (US campaign preferred)
• Strong communication & closing skills
• Target-driven and confident on calls
• Ability to work night shift (US time)

Educational Requirements:

• O levels/ A Levels/ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in outbound Telesales, Telemarketing, call center sales, or a similar BPO role.
• Freshers with good command in speaking and understanding English language and an excellent conversational skill (In English) can also Apply!
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle rejection, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights or weekends, to accommodate international time zones.
• Experience in  B2C international sales is preferred.

Workplace: 

Uttara, Dhaka

Office Time: 07.45 PM-05.00 AM (On-Site)
