On September 14, 2025, Riseup Labs came alive with energy, joy, and anticipation as the Quarterly Spotlight Program unfolded at our Uttara Office. This vibrant gathering brought together our in-house and remote teams under one roof for a day filled with cheerful memories.

Showcasing the Future

The event kicked off with an exciting session where our Product Analysts and Business Analysts introduced two upcoming AI-powered solutions. This sneak peek into our pipeline highlighted how Riseup Labs is pushing the boundaries of technology and preparing to deliver smarter, more impactful products for global users. The enthusiasm in the room was undeniable as the audience got a glimpse of the future we are building.

Honoring Excellence

The heart of the Spotlight Program was the Reward & Recognition Ceremony. Celebrating achievements is a tradition at Riseup Labs, and this quarter’s ceremony was no different. This time, Riseup Labs recognized employees in five categories.

  • Rakibul Hasan, Product Manager, was awarded Outstanding Employee of the Quarter (In-House).
  • Eftekhar Ahmed shone as the Outstanding Employee of the Quarter (Remote).
  • The Product Analyst team earned the Top Performing Team Award.
  • Md. Mizanur Rahman, our Tech Lead, received the Leadership Excellence Award.
  • And Habiba Akter, SQA Engineer, was recognized with The Consistency Award.
