Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns. This role is heavily focused on Google Search Ads and requires strong expertise in B2B lead generation, particularly for technology, IT outsourcing, and digital services. As our Google Ads Specialist, you will manage end-to-end Google Ads operations-including keyword research, ad copy development, bidding strategy, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. Your primary objective will be to drive high-quality traffic, generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and maximize ROI across global markets (USA, UK, UAE).
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) targeting global B2B audiences; Search Ads is highly preferred
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis aligned with IT outsourcing and technology services
- Write high-converting ad copy tailored to high-intent business decision-makers
- Set up, manage, and validate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Monitor daily performance and continuously optimize bids, keywords, and ads to improve ROI and CPL
- Run A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets strategically to maximize lead quality and efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure landing pages are conversion-optimized
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any other discipline
Additional Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for B2B businesses (IT services, BPO, SaaS, or similar industries)
- Demonstrated success in achieving strong ROAS and lead quality through strategic campaign planning and optimization
- Hands-on expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Proficient in budget management, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM
- Solid understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, including paid search, remarketing, and B2B lead generation flows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications will be considered an advantage
