Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a Game Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our mobile and web games. You’ll work closely with developers, game designers, artists, and publishers to deliver innovative, high-performing products that reach millions of players worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company and publisher goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all stages: from ideation to launch and live operations.
- Analyze player data and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize game performance.
- Manage agile workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, executives, and international publishing partners.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Additional Requirements:
- 2+ years of product or game management experience with proven project delivery.
- Strong understanding of game development, backend systems, and Agile processes.
- Proficient with tools like Firebase, GameAnalytics, Jira, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills in English for client and publisher interactions.
- Passion for creating engaging mobile gaming experiences and analyzing performance metrics.
