Graphics Designer (Photo Retouching)

Job Context:

Riseup Labs looking for an experienced Graphics Designer who is passionate about Photo Retouching.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent technical skills in photo retouching, image editing, and graphic design
• Strong understanding of relevant service field(s) and retouching techniques in:
  i. Color Correction,
  ii. Photo Retouching,
  iii. Clipping path/Image masking,
  iv. Vector illustration,
  v. Shadow correction,
  vi. Photo Manipulation,
  vii. Photo restoration,
  viii. Body retouching,
  ix. Ghost mannequin,
  x. Professional Fashion Retouching,
  xi. Professional Food retouching,
  xii. Professional Product/e-commerce product Retouching,
  xiii. Background enhancement/change,
  xiv. Professional Jewelry retouching,
  xv. Professional Real estate retouching,
  xvi. Professional newborn image retouching,
  xvii. Professional wedding photo retouching,
  xviii. Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant photo editing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must have the ability to deliver within the timeline
• Must have the ability to quickly deliver revisions according to feedback and changes

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photo editor or similar role with experience in clipping path.
• Strong proficiency with photo editing software such as must have expertise in Adobe CC, Lightroom, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to create accurate and clean clipping paths around objects of varying complexity.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality images.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Graphics design, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in photo editing with a focus on clipping path.
