We are looking for a Business Analyst (Mid-Level) with 3+ years of experience in the software industry to support requirement analysis and business solution design for diverse digital products and projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering and documenting requirements, preparing business and functional specifications, supporting budget estimation, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure that business goals are translated into well-defined, implementable solutions.
Additional Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role within the software industry.
- Solid understanding of business and functional requirement documentation, and familiarity with SRS, BRD, and PRD preparation.
- Experience with process modeling, use cases, UML diagrams, and workflow design.
- Good knowledge of budget estimation and proposal preparation for software projects.
- Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
- Hands-on experience with requirement management tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools for documentation, research, or workflow optimization will be an advantage.
- Experience in SaaS or software product companies is preferred.
