Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a high-performing Sr. Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (International Market) to join our Business Development team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth in the USA, Europe, and Middle East markets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
1.International Sales & Business Development :
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in USA, Europe, and Middle East markets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and professional networks.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasts and sales reports.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client business challenges and propose suitable software development and IT service solutions.
- Promote Riseup Labs’ offerings including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Ads Agency, ERP, SaaS, AI-driven solutions, Game Development, BPO, and Staff Augmentation.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
3. Sales Execution & Deal Closure:
- Manage the full sales cycle independently from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for project pre-analysis, scope definition, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Manage Sales Hygiene and Discipline starting from prospecting to Pipeline Progression and Closure.
- Achieve and exceed assigned individual sales targets with a strong closing ratio in Monthly Basis.
4. Market Research & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Participate in internal sales and strategy meetings, providing regular updates to the Head of Sales on pipeline status and performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding products, services, and commercial terms.
5. Team Support & Collaboration:
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for junior sales team members when required.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure aligned sales efforts and client satisfaction.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in international sales/business development within the IT/software development & Ads Agency industry.
- Proven track record as a strong sales closer in international markets.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference),
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Technical & Industry Expertise
- Proven experience in selling Web, Mobile App, ERP, SaaS, AI-based products, Game Development, BPO, and Staff Augmentation services.
- Strong understanding of software project pre-analysis, estimation and budgeting.
- Solid technical knowledge of web applications, mobile applications, and game development.
- Those who have strong international client and partner coverage will be given preference.
2. Sales Tools & Platforms
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, lead generation tools, and freelancing platforms.
3. Communication & Leadership
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
4. Preferred Industry Exposure
- Prior experience in Ads Agencies, UI/UX Agencies, IT Development Firms, Game Development Studios, or Staff Augmentation companies.
