Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building exciting multiplayer games and has significant experience working with Unreal Engine.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the systems and tools necessary to implement gameplay features
- Prototype new gameplay features
- Write clear, maintainable, scalable, and highly functional code
- Experience in Blue Print
- Test, debug, profile and optimize implementations
- Actively attend code review
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Additional Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a game development engineer, UE4 developer, or comparative role;
- Proficiency in C++;
- Strong computer science foundation, good math and physics knowledge;
- Fluent in English communication
- Ability to collaborate and work well with other disciplines;
- Good to have experience in developing networked games
- Shipped at least 3 titles on PC, console, and/or mobile platforms;
- Experience with source control systems such as Git in a multi-developer team environment;
- Understanding the UX design process and experience working with the UX design team and/or development team;
