Job Responsibilities:

Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all employees;
Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line with company's policies and industry practices and ensure compliance within the company;
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, letters of confirmation, letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration, and promotion etc;
Supervise and monitor all personnel functions like Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Incentives, Rewards Management, Promotion, Terminations, disciplinary actions conduct, Leave & Attendance Management;
Ensure performance evaluation process and JD, KPI for all the employees;
Ensure proper training & development process;
Organizing and assisting in the annual function, cultural function, staff sports day & staff annual picnic etc;
Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual/policy in the organization;

Employment Status


Educational Requirements:

BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management;
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

At least 7 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service (ITES), Software Company

Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka.

Salary Range: Negotiable
