Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify leads and clients.
  • Research and develop new business and generate clients through communication.
  • Develop new business using LinkedIn sales navigator, freelancing sites, and social networking sites to introduce Riseup Labs services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine the prospect's pain points to find how Riseup Labs solution will speak to those needs.
  • Build and cultivate long term relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications with prospects.
  • Manage data of new and prospective clients within HubSpot CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, yearly lead reports.
  • Responsible for meeting with clients.
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell our existing solution.
  • Execute a strategy to meet our monthly, quarterly& yearly target.
  • Collaborate with the product team to address customer needs and creating proposals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products & services.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference), preferably from NSU, BRAC, AIUB, IUB, EWU, and DU/JU (IBA).

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient command of English is a must
  • Education background from English medium is a plus
  • Excellent skill in negotiation
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Strong presentation & planning skill
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales target
  • Proficiency in researching and strategizing
  • Hard working with B2B sales and lead generation experience

Technical Experience

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Nav is preferred
  • Experience with different Freelancing Sites is preferred
  • Technical knowledge for web, game, and mobile application is a must
  • Candidate's location must be in or near Uttara (e.g. Uttara, Bashundhara)

Office Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Workplace: Work at office

Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
